We wanted to organize a school trip to Italy focused on the issues of sustainability and Manuela was absolutely amazing! She emailed me and talked to me over the phone several times to make sure that the trip she was putting together for us was exactly what we were looking for.

WHAT IS THIS GOLDEN BUILDING? Haunted House at Fondazione Prada in Milan

MUSEUM
Chic, mysterious and technologic. These are the first impressions that one person has entering the recently opened Prada Foundation in Milan. This new space for contemporary art is more than just a museum. Designed by the world renowned architect Rem Koolhaas, Fondazione Prada is a great (and reassuring) story that illustrates how an abandoned industrial space can turn into a precious (literally golden!) spot for art lovers.

The Number One Destination of 2016: “The Floating Piers” at Iseo Lake

OFF THE BEATEN PATH
Walking on the water with Christo? Sure, and it’s not a joke. This summer Iseo Lake will host a unique installation designed by the Bulgarian-born and New-York-based artist Christo Vladimirov Javacheff. Three kilometers of his striking yellow piers will link Sulzano, Montisola and San Paolo Island. It is better you come barefoot. The Italian summer is hot. The path is soft and smooth.

Fiorella and Franca helped us book our dream honeymoon to Italy. We went to Venice, Florence, Sorrento and Rome for 10 days. From our first conversation, Fiorella was super helpful and detailed in our communication.

Magic Island of Lake Orta

OFF THE BEATEN PATH
This place is simply too beautiful to be true. Too charming to be real. And too antique to be still there. Lake Orta and its dreamlike Island San Giulio surrounded by winter mist and ancient mystery is no doubt among Italy’s most picturesque spots.

Masterpiece Frescoes in Milan

ART IN MILAN
Did you know that Milan has a church that can easily compete with the famous Sistine Chapel depicted by Michelangelo? Apparently small and humble San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore located in Corso Magenta 13 (only 5 minutes walk from Duomo di Milano) veils perhaps the biggest artistic treasure of the city.

Nicoletta,
We had a wonderful trip! Best two weeks of our lives. The hotels you chose for us were all excellent. The number of days in each place was great. The only changes we would have made would be to stay in Siena (or near) rather than San Gimignano (overly touristy)...and one more day in Tuscany with a cooking class.

Hi Nicoletta,
Now that we are back from our beautiful trip and have had the time to take care of our jet lag and everything else in our daily lives, I wanted to take this time to thank you for everything you had done to make our culinary trip to Italy, one that we will not forget soon! All six of us are people who are well travelled and been around the world on different occasions, and with your help, we managed to experience 8 days of fun, relaxed, and interesting take on Italy that was not like anything we had done before....

Hello Nicoletta,
Thank you so much for planning our beautiful trip and wonderful experience in Italy!! The hotels were in perfect locations - far away from the crowds but close enough to either walk or have easy access to get to the places we wanted to visit.

Ciao Fiorella and Franca,
We have returned home from the trip of our dreams! We wanted to thank you so much for the lovely trip that you planned. I don't think it could have been planned any better. You were amazing to work with and we cannot thank you enough.
