Hi Roby, I apologize for my delayed reply, it has been very busy for me at work since returning back from vacation. We had a fabulous time in Italy! We both agreed it was probably our favorite vacation yet. All the hotel stays and tours went very smoothly.
Absolutely loved the trip Alessia Moro planned for me. Venice, Florence, and Rome rocked. Venice tour guides were the very best. The hotels were conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions. I had absolutely no problems.
Hi Alessia, I have been meaning to send you a note, things have been crazy upon our return. We had a wonderful trip, you did a great job. Weather was fine, one day of spotty rain in Florence. I think we liked Tuscany the best, especially San Gimignano and Volterra.
Elena, Stella and I have just returned from our wonderful vacation in Sicily. Everything was just perfect!. The weather was great, the drivers were timely, the guides were knowledgeable, the people were friendly, the hotels were great and the scenery was exceptional.

We had a great trip Elena, thanks for the arrangements. We had been in Paris, Brussels, Bruges and Amsterdam the week before flying into Naples. Naples was the only place we went where we felt that we were in an entirely foreign country, everything is so globalized now everywhere else.
Carissima Alessia, So sorry I haven't written sooner. I never imagined how gorgeous Sicily was. Every where we went, even with our rudimentary Italian, people were so sweet and friendly to us.
Elena, my trip was beyond my expectation. I don't know how you coordinated all the tours and pick up so flawlessly, but I have to tell you that I was completely impressed. The level of the tours was superior. Everyone of the the guides were excellent, on time and gave us more than the minimum.
Hi Alessia, We had a wonderful time in Italy- especially the week that you helped to plan for us. Really loved Florence, and actually took the train back from Rome to Florence for an extra day with the Up with People group. The gondola ride at sunset in Venice was lovely- I got a very nice photo that I am going to enlarge.
Hello Alessia, Our tour in Sicily was FANTASTIC. Everything you promised was delivered and even more. Our driver for the many days, Fabio, went out of his way to make our time memorable. We would highly recommend him without reservations to all our friends.
Really a great trip and everything was well planned out. Thanks. The Kolbe Hotel in Rome was in the perfect location as we were able to walk across the river at night into a part of town that was less tourist driven (Trestavare?) and really enjoy the dining experience. We loved the rooms in that Hotel as well. In fact on Saturday and Sunday a half of a block from that hotel is a little farm market with stands selling meat, cheese, bread, wine, olive oil, etc…we stumbled onto that when we first arrived and it was a fun experience.
It was easy communicating to Alessia all the things that were important to us for our 5th trip to Italy, but the main one: I did not want to think about anything on this tour other than what I want to eat off the menu. I did not even want to think about what restaurant to go to.
